1.燒熱鑊,不用放油, 中火煎臘肉至脆身。
Heat the pan, stir fry preserved meat until crispy.
2.先加入菜莖及薑炒至軟身,然後放入菜葉及雞湯油炒至軟身。

Add cabbage stalk first and ginger to stir fry till soften, then add leaves and chicken broth stir fry together till soften.

3.煮熟大約一杯米的飯, 然後將炒起的材料放於面上, 拌勻。

Cook 1cup of rice ,  put the fried ingredients onto the rice, stir thoroughly.

4. 電飯煲煮3分鐘飯,拌勻,即成。

Cook the mixed rice for 3 min. Ready to serve.
