1. 燒熱鑊, 加少許油,中火爆香薑,蒜茸。
Put 1 tbsp oil into a hot wok, stir fry the gingerand garlic.
2. 加入三絲,中火炒均約3分鐘,加入調味料炒均, 即成。
Add the vegetables and stir fry over medium heat. Add the sauce and stir. Serve it hot.
Tip
* Please reduce the dose of sauce if you are eating bland diet .
