1)燒熱鑊,加少許油,中火將大蝦兩面煎熟,盛起隔油備用。Put 1 tbsp oil into a hot wok, fry the prawn with medium heat until cooked, set it aside.
2) 燒熱鑊,加少許油中火爆香蔥粒至金黃,然後放大蝦及調味料炒均,即成。(口味清淡者可減少調味料份量 / 不用放調味料亦可)Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat. Fry the spring onion until golden, put the prawn bacvk and stir fry with the sauce thoughtly. Serve it hot. (Please reduce the dose of sauce if you are eating bland)
