1)燒熱鑊, 加少許油中火爆香蒜茸,再加入上湯煮滾。

2) 先放入龍蝦, 再取生粉水拌勻, 根據喜好逐少加入生粉水至適合濃稠度。

3) 上碟及撒上蔥花, 即成。
