1)燒熱鑊, 加少許油,炒熟肉崧。
Put 1 tbsp oil into a hot wok, stir fry the pork mince till well done.
2)中火爆香薑、蔥,蒜茸,鹹魚及豆瓣醬。
Stir fry the ginger, spring onion, garlic, salty fish and chili bean sauc over medium heat.
3)加入涼瓜、肉崧、少許清水燜煮2分鐘。
Add bitter gourd, pork mince and water stew for 2 mins.
4)最後調味汁炒均,至杰身。即成
Put the sauce while stir frying until the sauce is thicken. Serve it hot.
