1)燒熱鑊,加少許油,慢火將兩面煎10分鐘至金黃(鯪魚肉一面煎8分鐘),盛起隔油備用。
Put 1 tbsp oil into a pan, fry the pepper for 10min until both sides turn golden with slow heat, set it aside.
2)中火爆香蒜茸、薑茸、豆豉,然後加湯汁煮滾。
Fry black bean, garlic, ginger , then add stock into the mixture & boil.
3)放回虎椒中火焗2分鐘。
 Add the pepper back, cover the lid and simmer for 2min over medium heat .
 4)加入拌勻的調味料, 大火煮至收水,即成。
 Add the stirred corn flour sauce and stir fry with medium heat until the sauce is thicken.
