1)加1茶匙油,加入番茄中火炒約2分鐘,其間可灑少許水及茄汁。
Heat 1 tea spoon of oil in the pan, stir fry tomato for 2 min over medium heat, sprinkle trace water and tomato sauce meanwhile. 

2)加入蛋漿慢火炒1分鐘至熟,撤上蔥花 即成。
Add the egg paste , stir fry for 1min until cooked,sprinkle the spring onion. Serve it hot.
