1)燒熱鑊,加少許油,中火將豬爽肉兩面煎至熟,備用。Fry the pork both sides over medium heat until cook thoroughly, set them aside for later use.
2)燒熱鍋,爆香薑,蔥、蒜, 加入青瓜及彩椒略炒。Heat a pan, saute the ginger, spring onion, garlic, and then stir fry the cucumber with bell pepper.
3)將豬爽肉回鑊加調味汁,炒均至杰身,即成。Put the pork back with the seasoning sauce while stir frying until the sauce is thicken. Serve it hot.
