爆香薑、蔥、蒜茸、柱侯醬,中火將排骨加水煮3分鐘炆至排骨腍身,再加入萵筍、彩椒及味水煮1-2分鐘。
Stir fry the ginger, green onion, garlic and paste over medium heat, stew the ribs  with water for 3 mins, the put the stem lettuce and sweet pepper with sauce together and stew 1- 2 mins. Serve it hot.
